Refunds

• Refunds are discretionary. For workshops and events we only offer refunds up to 7 days before the event. For programmes, consultations and courses, refunds are only available until commencement of the programme, meeting or training.

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and have made a registration with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller.

Information

• We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your details when making a purchase, joining as an affiliate or signing up to our newsletter service, and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. By giving us this information you consent to this information being used in the manner described in this privacy statement. The type of information we may collect about you includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If at any time you would like to see the information we hold about you please email moc.ecnamrofrep-gnigagnenull@eitaK and we will be happy to update our records as you wish. If there are any inaccuracies we will amend our records without delay. We charge £10 for requests for personal information.

Confidentiality

• information we collect about you is not shared with third parties.
  The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing usIf you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
  The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

Emails

• We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
