As a Headteacher it is important that I have a strong workforce; a coherent team who work towards the same core values, the same goals and the same ethos. As I had some new team members this year it seemed a great opportunity to work on this with my staff.

Katie had been recommended to me and she delivered an inspiring day for my staff. Katie supported my team to explore their working styles, preferences and differences and helped us to create a set of aspirational values that have allowed us to communicate what we do really well, how we are different and how we can support each other as we continue to provide and develop outstanding learning opportunities for our pupils.

It was an invaluable experience and a great way to start the school year together.
