In turbulent times teams need to be flexible and may have to change frequently, expanding, re-organising or re-focusing to meet market or customer demands. Teams may be global or local, co-located or virtual and lines of communication can be complex. Unless teams take time to clarify roles, review and renew goals and priorities, establish a sense of purpose and understand differences and styles, changes can lead to wasted time and energy, duplication of effort, confusion and frustration and performance can really suffer.
I help teams to re-orientate themselves in times of transition or ambiguity, to get clear about what they need to achieve, to agree what’s important, develop effective communication and to take meaningful actions so that they can achieve greater results.
